What was the problem you were facing?

Internally, we had a tendency to create multiple resources for the same thing, which made it challenging to choose the right one to share. We needed a way to standardize content while still effectively educating users.

Navattic has been a game-changer in simplifying how we communicate use cases and product value - especially for users we don’t engage with through one-on-one calls or videos.

When do you use a demo vs. another asset?

We've recently launched a new platform, and began a soft launch for existing customers, allowing them to trial it and determine if it fits their needs. Instead of creating a video—which would require users to rewind, jump back and forth, and search for relevant information—I built an interactive demo that guides them step by step through the platform’s capabilities, allowing them to navigate between sections more easily.

This has been incredibly effective. We’ve sent the demo via email to existing users, making it easy for them to understand the platform’s purpose, value, and how to use it. What’s interesting is that even when users receive the demo, they often still want a conversation afterward. Many prefer to explore the demo first and then come back with questions, which allows our reps to focus on Q&A or tailor discussions to specific use cases.

Regardless, the end-user gets a polished, professional, and detailed experience.

What are some other ways you currently use Navattic?

Since adopting Navattic, it has saved me significant time compared to creating, editing, and branding videos.

It also allows me to be more creative with our demos. I’m excited to see what the Navattic team develops next—there’s no doubt they have even more great tools on the horizon
